The event was attended by mufti of Tatarstan Kamil hazrat Samigullin, the first deputy mufti Rustam hazrat Batrov, deputy of State Council of RT Razil Valeev, imam-mukhtasib of Nizhnekamsk city and Nizhnekamsk region Yusuf hazrat Davletshin, general director of autonomous non-profit organization "Center for social rehabilitation and adaptation" Azat Gainutdinov, representatives of city ​​Administration, invited guests and parishioners of mosque.
